In its latest financial results report, Capcom has clarified how it accounts for sales of its Switch 2 games.
The Japanese publisher has announced that Game-Key cards will be counted as digital sales rather than physical sales. It has to be said that these cards only contain a key, and that the user must actually download the entire game.
So, while they may be sold in stores and contain a physical card in their box, these versions are still digital copies in disguise.
