It wouldn’t be hard to look at Phantom Tower and assume this was more of a budget offering. But look a little closer, and you’ll see a roguelike action adventure obviously crafted with plenty of love and attention to detail, as well as plenty of fast-paced, flashy combat for you to enjoy.
