The Assassin's Creed TV series writers have been announced

The long-rumored Netflix-produced live-action series Assassin’s Creed is finally taking shape. Several big names have recently joined the team responsible for this adaptation.
Novelist Emily St John Mandel will work on the series’ script. She is known for her books The Glass Hotel and Station Eleven, the latter having been adapted into a mini-series on HBO. She also appears to be head writer on the PlayStation TV series God of War.
Sanaz Toossi also joins the writing team. She is the creator of the play English, currently playing on Broadway. Sam Reynolds (The Waking Dead: World Beyond) and Tom Hemmings (Halo on Paramount) are also part of the group.
Co-producers are Claire Kiechel (Star Wars The Acolyte) and Jaquén Castellanos (The Affair). Finally, the showrunners are David M Wiener (Halo) and Roberto Patino (DMZ, Westworld).
