Uncharted Waters Origins brings Leonardo da Vinci to the fray in its latest update

Following last month’s introduction of the large-scale PvP mode Great Clash, Uncharted Waters Origin is sailing into fresh waters once again, this time with a narrative-driven update that puts the spotlight on one of history’s most iconic figures. You can experience a new Relationship Chronicle centred on none other than Leonardo da Vinci.
Titled Genius Artist’s Unfinished Melody, the new story traces the mysteries behind da Vinci’s legendary Mona Lisa. Those who’ve recruited the Italian artist as a Mate can dive into a standalone storyline, connecting clues from his notes and sketches in search of a deeper truth. It’s a lore-rich detour that you wouldn’t want to miss.
The update also adds two more S Grade Mates to the crew, Vivienne Hart and Ikal van Reuben. You might recognise two familiar faces as well – Inn employees Gardur and Dolores can now be promoted to full S Grade Mates once you max out your Friendship levels with them.
There are also a few helpful upgrades tucked into this update. Company Research has been rebalanced to lower mission requirements and make it easier to earn Research Points. You can now use the new Consecutive Repel feature for faster combat grinding, while World Map navigation has been made more fluid. Buffs to Special Combining Parts should help with customisation strategies too.

Furthermore, through May 27th, two major events are running. The Season Event includes a 14-day attendance campaign offering Wave Chests, which grant Red or Blue Wave Tokens that can be exchanged for high-grade items in the Wave Shop.
Meanwhile, the Treasure Exploration Event unlocks a 200% boost to both Combat and Adventure EXP via the Dream of El Dorado buff. You’ll also find new event enemies via Limited Requests and Land Exploration routes.
