Here’s another sad piece of news reaches today. It’s about UMANIMATION, a Bordeaux-based company specializing in transmedia creations. One of its most notable achievements was Dordogne, a title whose artistic direction shone through back when it was released in June 2023.
CEO Aymeric Castaing announced the company’s closure on LinkedIn. Dordogne has not generated sufficient revenues, and no investors have come forward for a future project. MOCA SAS, the company that hosted UMANIMATION, was closed this week.
