*The trailer for Tyler Perry’s “Divorced Sistas,” a bold new chapter in the “Sistas” franchise, has been released, promising an emotional journey of friendship and personal struggles.
This BET+ original series kicks off with a special preview on BET following the 2025 BET Awards on June 9, with streaming available on BET+ starting June 10. The eight-episode season will roll out weekly, with the second episode dropping on June 12 and the midseason finale set for July 24.
“Divorced Sistas” centers on five women as they tackle the complexities of divorce, marriage, and dating. Here’s the official synopsis: Tyler Perry’s Divorced Sistas’ follows five close friends — Rasheda, Geneva, Naomi, Tiffany, and Bridgette — as they navigate life, love, and the challenges that come with divorce, marriage, and dating. As they lean on each other through heartbreak and healing, their biggest test comes from within their own circle, challenging their loyalty, character, and true bond of sisterhood.

“Divorced Sistas is a story of resilience and the power of female friendship,” said Perry.

The ensemble cast, led by LeToya Luckett as Rasheda, includes Khadeen Indréa as Geneva, Porscha Coleman as Naomi, Briana Price as Tiffany, Jennifer Sears as Bridgette, alongside RonReaco Lee, DeVon Franklin, Donovan Christie Jr., and Robert Christopher Riley.

This marks the first original series under Perry’s expanded multi-year deal with BET Media Group, following the success of “Zatima,” the first “Sistas” spinoff.
