There are two ways to react when it gets hot, either run inside or outside, and those of you who fall into the latter camp are probably cooling off with some sports-filled telly this week. In which case you’ve doubtless tuned in to the ongoing Tour de France, one of the most prestigious and exciting events in cycling!
Those of you who only know the name in passing may be surprised to learn how complex the Tour de France really is. With multiple stages taking place across France in various climates and terrains (sometimes even in other countries!), as well as a scoring system and rankings to take into account.
