The coming summer will be one of nostalgia, with the release of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 on July 11. However, the legendary skateboarder would also like to bring back other entries in the franchise.
In 2003, the series took a new turn with Tony Hawk’s Underground. At the time, the campaign was scripted, with many more cinematics. It’s this fan-favorite episode that Hawk wants to revive.
"I always have new aspirations. It’s not usually up to me. I’ll campaign (for Underground) as much as I can, but I’m working with a much bigger and smarter company than I am", said Hawk to Screen Rant
While nothing has yet been discussed, the main interested party also added that the success of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 could be a decisive factor as to a possible remaster of Underground.
