What’s going on with Xbox Design Lab? Last January, the service that lets you customize and get your own Xbox controller was temporarily suspended.
A yellow banner at the top of the site states that there’s migration to a new payment platform underway. While users can still design their controller, purchasing will only be possible once the purchasing system is operational again. It is possible to sign up to receive an e-mail alert when the Xbox Design Lab returns.
The situation has been ongoing for six months now, and Microsoft has yet to say anything on the matter.
