Last September, Ubisoft Ivory Tower announced the development of an offline mode for The Crew 2 and The Crew Motorfest. This week, we learned that the second episode of the saga will be the first to feature this.
The developers will be inviting players to test the feature from April 30, 2025. The aim is to roll out this famous new mode for everyone in The Crew 2 by the end of 2025. It will then be possible to switch freely between online and offline modes.
Since The Crew 2 has been designed to be played online, the gameplay experience will have to be adapted. As a result, portions of multiplayer will no longer be accessible while offline. A full list of features being restricted will be announced shortly.
