There’s a real buzz around Rematch, Sloclap’s football game due for release on June 19. The open beta runs until May 31 and is doing really well.
The trial version managed to gather 159,865 simultaneous players on Steam alone. This is quite simply the second-best total for a football game on Valve’s platform. Only Football Manager 2020 managed to do better, with 190,000 concurrent users.
EA Sports FC 25 is a quite behind this, with only 110,026 simultaneous users.
