HP is working on a new version of its Omen Max 16 notebook PC, this time equipped with AMD’s Ryzen AI 9 HX 375, a 12-core Zen 5c APU with 55 TOPS for AI acceleration. It’s bound to succeed the Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX model already on the market.
This AMD version retains the same options: GPU up to RTX 5090, 16" WQXGA screen (OLED or IPS), up to 64 GB DDR5 and PCIe Gen4/Gen5 SSD. The system still features Tempest Cooling Pro and OMEN optimization tools.
While HP still has to announce it yet, this model has been spotted on Geekbench, which should point to an imminent launch.
