The Lenovo Legion Go 2 is expected to launch in Mexico this September

A Lenovo representative for Latin America has indicated that the Legion Go 2 could be on the market as early as September 2025. Although this date has not been confirmed worldwide, it seems consistent with the release schedule of the first model, which was released in the second half of the year.
The Legion Go 2 features the Ryzen Z2 Extreme APU, based on the Zen 5 architecture, with a Radeon 890M GPU (16 CU). It features an 8.8" OLED screen and detachable joysticks.
Unlike the ASUS ROG Xbox Ally, which uses an optimized version of Windows 11, this won’t be the case for the Legion Go 2. Microsoft plans to extend this support to other devices in 2026.
SteamOS remains reserved for Valve-certified Legion Go S models. The higher-end Legion Go 2 is not expected to come with it.
Full specifications and pricing have yet to be announced. The Legion Go S model is priced between $599 and $899 on official channels. The price of the Z2 Extreme model is expected to be higher.
