The Intel Arrow Lake refresh is expected this year

According to ZDNet Korea, Intel is preparing an update to its Arrow Lake series for the second half of the year. This series, called Arrow Lake Refresh, would offer higher frequencies and a new NPU.
These updates have become frequent at Intel, in order to take advantage of better-controlled manufacturing processes and improved frequencies. The aim would be to boost performance against the competition. However, AMD’s X3D series processors are said to retain a lead in gaming, and the Arrow Lake architecture is said to have underperformed Raptor Lake in this area.
According to reports, this update could be the last compatible with socket LGA-1851, before the arrival of the Nova Lake scheduled for the second half of next year on a new socket, LGA-1954.
