What for the time being remains a solid supposition could soon become a reality. It seems to be common knowledge now that the Switch 2’s Joy-Cons can be used as a mouse when detached from the console.
The very first video presentation of the machine already pointed in this direction. Now, it’s another brief clip, shared for the time being only in Japan via the Nintendo Today! mobile application, that seems to drive the point home.
Captured by VGC, this promotional image (see below) shows a Joy-Con placed next to the Switch 2 in the manner of a computer mouse. Whatever happens, we’ll get to the bottom of it this April 2, at Nintendo Direct.
