The closed beta for Destiny: Rising will begin on May 29. Pre-registration is now open, and the game can already be pre-ordered on the iOS App Store.
The game’s information page announces a release date of August 31, 2025, but this date is not definitive. The title will be free-to-play.
Destiny: Rising is the first mobile game in the license. It will feature a first- or third-person view, touch controls, characters from the Destiny universe, and new features. Players will be able to choose their hero, customize their fighting style, and access different skills.
The game will feature campaign missions, 6-player cooperative assaults, as well as replayable PvP and PvE modes. It will also be possible to explore new environments, form clans and take part in mini-games.
