The 24 GB RTX 5090 DD is coming to China in August

A new version of the RTX 5090, provisionally named RTX 5090 DD, is scheduled for the Chinese market in August. This variant is intended to replace the RTX 5090D, which no longer complies with the US export restrictions.

According to Benchlife, the card will keep the 21,760 CUDA cores and a TDP of 575 W, just like the RTX 5090 and 5090D. The main difference would come from the memory: 24 GB GDDR7 on a 384-bit bus, at a speed of 28 GB/s. The model is said to be based on the GB202-240 GPU.
