*Summer Walker recently opened up about how she nearly died while giving birth to her children.

“The second one, it sucked bad. Real bad,” Walker revealed in a candid chat with fellow artist Mariah the Scientist on her Apple Music 1 show Over It Radio.

Despite the tough experience, she noted that her second labor was surprisingly quicker, lasting seven hours. In contrast, the birth of her first child stretched over a grueling 52-hour period.

“That sh*t was bad. All of it’s bad,” she admitted, also noting that she “almost died both times.” When Mariah asked whether she’d consider going through childbirth again, Walker answered without missing a beat: “Yes.”

Walker’s first daughter, Bubbles Renee Walker, was born in 2021 with ex-boyfriend London on Da Track. The following year, she welcomed twin boys with then-partner LVRD Pharoh. PEOPLE reports that all three of her children were delivered at home.

In December, Summer Walker debuted Over It Radio, an Apple Music-exclusive series where she dives into topics like relationships, motherhood, friendship, and music. The show serves as a platform for candid conversations, especially with women in entertainment.

“My vision for ‘Over It Radio’ is to create a safe space where I can own my own narrative,” Walker explained, aiming to spotlight the voices and experiences of women.

The premiere episode featured rapper Sexyy Red, where the two reflected on their past collaborations and offered humorous advice to a fan dealing with relationship drama.
