Without the slightest warning, Ubisoft recently rolled out a patch for Far Cry 4. The update has a small impact, yes, but it censors certain parts of the game.
Nudity is simply a thing of the past when it comes to the fourth entry. Scenes with Yuma and Ajay have been slightly modified accordingly. In Shanath’s arena, for example, the protagonist is no longer nude, but has been re-dressed with a loincloth over his genitals.
Users will also be looking at Far Cry 3, which was updated on March 31. We don’t know whether this episode has also been affected by censorship.
