Switch 2 reaches the 5 million sales worldwide

Nintendo has updated sales figures for the Switch 2 on its investor website. In just four days, the console had already sold over 3.5 million units.

As of June 30, 2025, the machine has reached 5 million units sold. In the Americas, 1.8 million consoles have been sold, compared with 1.47 million in Japan, 1.18 million in Europe and 550,000 in other regions of the world.

It took the Switch four months to reach the 5 million sales mark.
