Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Sutton Stracke has finally broken her silence after her show bestie, Garcelle Beauvais, walked off the reunion filming before the cast photo and announced her exit from the show.
Fans slammed Sutton for not walking off with Garcelle to check up on her friend and for not speaking out to defend Garcelle during the filming, despite Garcelle always having her back.
“Garcelle has chosen to unfollow all of the ‘Housewives,’” said Sutton in her statement to Page Six. “I can only imagine that she needs a clean break right now. I love her and am giving her the space she needs.”
“I know that she is going to move through this next chapter with grace and success.”
Sutton says that Garcelle is still following her businesses online.
In her announcement video, Garcelle did not mention Sutton.
“One of the reasons why I’m leaving is my family, my boys. Their last year of high school is next year, and I want to be a part of that, and Jaid is starting a new career, and I want to be a part of that too. And secondly, I have the most exciting projects that I am developing, producing and acting in. I can’t tell you anything right now, but you’ll know soon,” she shared,” before thanking Andy Cohen and Bravo producers.
