We’ve heard a lot from Strauss Zelnick in recent weeks. The CEO of Take-Two Interactive has frequently spoken out about GTA VI.
During his interview on CNBC, Zelnick made a small confession. When reporters wanted to know if the game’s development had been completed, Zelnick simply didn’t have the answer, since he doesn’t play video games.
"I’m not a gamer. It’s not that I don’t play a lot, it’s that I don’t play at all. I’m not the consumer-in-chief, I’m the manager (of the company)."
Still, Zelnick added that he openly shares his opinion with developers. He also thinks it would be a mistake for a CEO to think of himself as "consumer-in-chief".
