Stranger Things season 5 trailer revealed and fans are already ‘horrified’

The first trailer for the fifth and final season of Netflix’s Stranger Things has finally landed – and fans already have ‘full body chills’.
After an over three-year wait to see our first proper look at the epic finale ofNetflix’s biggest sci-fi fantasy series, Stranger Things fans have finally been fed.
The trailer two-and-a-half-minute trailer opens on Steve Harrington (Joe Keery) who is tinkering with a device, before ominously proclaiming ‘burn commencing in five, four, three, two, and…’
Meanwhile, the camera flicks to all our major players including Millie BobbyBrown as Eleven, Winona Ryder as Joyce, Maya Hawke as Robin and Natalie Dyer as Nancy all in a room together with grim expressions on their face.
We also catch a glimpse of Noah Schnapp as Will Byers, Finn Wolfhard as Mike Wheeler, Caleb McLaughlin as Lucas and Sadie Sink as the ill-fated Max, who is still in a coma after the events of last season.

After an eerie opening, we are plunged right into the action with horrifying creatures unleashed from the upside down, life-and-death stakes and our team of budding 80s heroes facing down their biggest threat yet.

It’s gory, tense and promises plenty of drama to come.
‘THIS SCARES ME,’ X user Elite Momo wrote alongside a still of one of the fiery creatures the gang will be fighting.

Stranger Things season five volume one lands on Netflix on November 26. Volume two arrives on Christmas day and the final episode airs on New Year’s Eve.
