One year after its closure, battle royale Super People wil
l make its return in closed beta on June 19, exclusively on Steam, South Korean studio Wonder People has confirmed.
Initially launched in 2022, the game attracted 4.3 million players, but failed to establish itself against titles such as Warzone or Apex Legends.
The game blends PUBG-style battles with evolving superpowers, with 14 playable classes (Sniper, Gatling Soldier, Shotgun Master, etc.).
The studio promises an improved version with :
- an anti-cheating system
- gameplay adjustments
- a resurrection skill
- better integration of new players
The aim is to bring back the franchise on a more solid footing, taking into account feedback from the community.
