Publisher Sumo Group announced they’ve sold off their publishing subsidiary Secret Mode to an external financial investor.
The new deal will see Secret Mode sold off to Emona Capital, who now owns Relic Entertainment and Amber Studio.
Secret Mode’s leadership including Ed Blincoe and James Schall will remain at the helm of the company and will lead the team as it enters “its next phase.”
The publisher is known for releasing indie titles like Deathsprint 66, Parcel Corps, and the upcoming science fiction action RPG Empyreal.
