A MSI Claw with a Ryzen Z2 or Core Ultra 200H seems to be coming soon

MSI could soon release a new model in its Claw range, the Claw 7 A2HM, spotted via a leak from the brand’s parts store. This model doesn’t feature the AI+ moniker in its name, suggesting that there’s no NPU chip this time.
Two hypotheses emerge concerning the onboard processor. The first is a Ryzen Z2, known for not incorporating an NPU. However, there’s no official information of a Claw model equipped with an AMD processor.
The second lead suggests a second-generation Intel Core Ultra processor, potentially a Core Ultra 200H. Unlike AI+ models with Xe2 GPUs, the 200H would use Alchemist+ or Xe-LPG+ GPUs, geared towards gaming performance but without advanced AI capabilities.
Certification of the Claw 7 A2HM was validated in February 2025, pointing to an official announcement in the coming months.
