Romeo Beckham posts cryptic message about ‘unnecessary lies’ after Kim Turnbull broke silence on Brooklyn romance claims

ROMEO Beckham has shared a cryptic post about “unnecessary lies” after his ex Kim Turnbull broke her silence on rumours she dated his brother Brooklyn.
Kim, 26, is said to be at the heart of the Beckham fallout in which eldest child Brooklyn and wife Nicola Peltz, 30, have become estranged.

But yesterday Kim – whose romance with Romeo fizzled out shortly after his dad David’s 50th birthday celebrations – insisted she and Brooklyn had never been more than friends.
Now Romeo appears to have hit back. He took to Instagram to share a scene from the 1953 film Roman Holiday, showing the moment Audrey Hepburn’s character says: “What the world needs is a return to sweetness and decency.”
He captioned his upload: “Be nice and don’t tell unnecessary lies.”
Speaking in her statement yesterday, Kim wrote: “I’ve avoided speaking on this topic to prevent adding fuel to the fire, however it’s come to a point where I feel the need to address it so I can move on.”
The model and DJ said she was being unfairly targeted by trolls and abuse since the famous family fell out.
She continued: “I will not continue to receive harassment or be embarrassed on the basis of lies, to fit a certain narrative.”
Kim then clarified: “I have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity at ANY point with the person in question.
“Nothing between us has occurred further than a school friendship at age 16.
“I would like to remove myself from the ongoing conversation and set the record straight for the sake of everyone involved.
It comes after reports that Kim has been made the “scapegoat” in the Brooklyn feud.
Earlier this month it was revealed that Romeo and Kim had split up after seven months together.
The pair’s romance “fizzled out” shortly after Romeo’s dad David’s star-studded 50th birthday party last month.
A friend of the pair told the Mail: “Romeo and Kim are both young and they had a lovely time together but at that age things don’t always last forever and they decided to split up.
“They have been friendly since and have even been at the same venues.
“It’s a huge shame, particularly as David and Victoria really adored her and thought she made Romeo happy but it wasn’t to be.
“It happened a couple of weeks ago and relations have remained friendly between them.”
