Riley’s Response to Clashes with Charlie Zakkour –

Kandi Burruss is weighing in on her daughter, Riley Burruss’s, clashes with fellow Next Gen NYC star Charlie Zakkour.

“I just don’t like his whole approach this whole season. He’s a little older than them. Not a little. He’s a good bit older than Riley. And I just kind of feel like the way he talks to women, the way he handles himself, I don’t like it. I don’t like it,” Kandi said on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

“I was gonna send somebody up there, but I had to bring myself out of it and remember Riley has to handle herself in her own situations, and I feel like she handled it well.”

Things got heated when Charlie brought two girls to hang out with the group, and Riley noticed they didn’t introduce themselves. She decided to approach them directly.

Riley wasn’t amused by Charlie’s reenactment, especially the neck roll. She pushed back, saying, “I went up and I said, ‘Hey, I’m Riley. You didn’t say anything, you didn’t introduce yourself.””

Charlie doubled down, saying Riley was the one who didn’t properly introduce herself, sparking an emotional response.

“I’m just so mad because every single time y’all do this,” Riley said through tears. “I hate when you guys try to play this like I’m scary or scaring a random white girl. It’s just so annoying.”

She continued, “That’s cause it’s a real thing I have to go through every day. I’m so f–king nice to everybody. No, your girls are rude, and it’s disrespectful. You’re around people, introduce yourselves.”

Charlie dismissed her concerns, calling her “extra” and insisting it wasn’t “a racial thing,” even suggesting she was being mean to a “little girl.”

Riley fired back: “Little girl? What do you mean? She’s probably older than me! Because I’m taller, I scared her?”

Charlie apologized but quickly admitted that he did not mean it.
