*A confrontation between Remy Ma and the daughter of the man her son allegedly killed has invaded social media
Citing media sources, Madame Noire reports the daughter, Jazmin Dior, posted a video of the verbal exchange on social media.
The confrontation occurred in June outside the Queens County Courthouse as Remy’s son, Jayson “Jace” Scott, was being arraigned for his role in the 2021 murder of her father Darius Guillebeaux,
In the Instagram clip, Dior is heard calling the Bronx-born rapper out, accusing her of “trying to act tough” and telling her to “go around the corner,” suggesting that she wanted to fight her.
Remy Ma is then captured responding back to Dior, saying “Come on, beat me up” before the video ends with her heading down the courtroom steps to set her belongings down.

In another clip of the interaction, Remy Ma is being handcuffed by officers outside. It is clear at this time as far as what led her being detained.
Dior later followed up her video with a post accusing the “Lean Back” entertainer of antagonistic.
“You would have thought I did something to you,” she said in the clip to Remy Ma, commenting that she seemed to lack remorse over what Scott did. “Realistically, I can never speak to my father again. You can see your son.”
The intense confrontation marks the latest development surrounding the killing. Recapping the case Madame Noire noted that Scott was allegedly hired to kill Guillebeaux, with the shooting occurring in broad daylight at the intersection of 148th Street and Rockaway Boulevard on June 7, 2021.
The 23-year-old was arrested by the New York Police Department for first- and second-degree murder as well as reckless endangerment in the first degree and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
In addition, Richard Swygert, an accomplice, was accused of conspiring with Scott in the murder-for-hire and was also charged. Swygert is currently in prison for a separate murder that took place in 2021.
Weighing in on his client’s incident with Dior, Remy Ma’s representative voiced advice given to the “Conceited” rapper to remain publicly silent on what happened in the video.
“Remy Ma wished to address this situation personally, but has been strongly advised by our office not to say anything publicly, as most people in this situation are, as the case is still active,” representative said in a statement. “To be clear, Jayson Scott is innocent and Remy Ma is committed to proving his innocence and fully supporting her child during this time.”
If convicted of the charges, Scott faces life in prison.
