Ready or Not missions list – all main and DLC levels

What’s the complete list of Read or Not missions? The situation in Los Sueños is volatile to say the least, as violent crime surges across the city. Placed into the tactical boots of LSPD Commander David ‘Judge’ Beaumount, it’s your job to crack down on crime and return Los Sueños to a peaceful state.

Ready or Not’s single-player Commander mode features 18 missions in the base game, plus six more through DLC. Your first playthrough of the tactical FPS game should take around ten hours, though you’ll quickly ramp up your playtime if playing on hard mode or if you’re trying to rack up S-rank mission scores. Read on for the complete Ready or Not missions list.

Ready or Not hardest mission: the mission desk with a large monitor behind it

What’s the hardest Ready or Not mission?

The hardest Ready or Not mission is Greased Palms.

From our experience, Greased Palms is a particularly tough nut to crack due to the number of heavily armed enemies and the size of the main postage sorting area, which makes it hard to use standard breach or flashbang/stinger tactics. Getting an S-rank on this mission is especially challenging, given that you have to use non-lethal rounds to arrest all suspects. Deploying gas can buy you time to spot and arrest enemies.

What’s the best Ready or Not mission?

For us, the best Ready or Not mission is a tie between Ends of the Earth and Sins of the Father. The former’s small domestic map can be surprisingly chaotic and intense, while its backstory will push you to want to pursue non-lethal tactics against the suspects. The latter’s stunning hotel setting is one of the game’s true standouts, with rain lashing down as you sneak from room to room, dodging traps and saving civilians as you go.

And that’s the full Ready or Not missions list, as well as our take on which mission will give you the most trouble. If you’re planning to clean up Los Sueños while on the move, check out our Ready or Not Steam Deck guide to see if it’s compatible with Valve’s handheld.
