PUBG Mobile kicks off its Transformers update with new characters and weapons from Cybertron
- New costumes inspired by Optimus Prime, Megatron, and more

Following the real-world cargo container drops and the in-game takeover event, PUBG Mobile’s collaboration with Transformers has entered its final form. The Version 3.9 update, live now until September 2nd, brings a flood of new character outfits, monster trucks, weapons, voice packs, and decorations inspired by the legendary Cybertron universe.
At the centre of the PUBG Mobile x Transformers v3.9 update is a set of detailed costumes based on fan-favourites like Optimus Prime, Megatron, Bumblebee, and Windblade. On top of those, you can also unlock more Style Sets, including ones inspired by Shockwave and Elita-1. Where does your allegiance lie? Autobots or the Decepticons?
In addition, the Transformers-themed vehicles will take driving in the battle royale up a notch. The Prime Monster Truck and Nemesis Monster Truck tower over terrain, while the sleeker Scan Effect Monster Truck brings a high-tech aesthetic. Dacia fans can pick from the Bee and Sting versions, and those loyal to the Decepticons can ride into battle with the Megatron and Galvatron Convertibles.
The crossover further introduces a full lineup of themed weapons. These include the Prime Might ACE32, Merciless Power Kar98K, and Cerebral Shift Thompson, each sporting signature Cybertronian designs. There’s even a new melee weapon, the Stormfall Sword and the Laserbeak Glider, which lets you take to the skies in unmistakable Transformers style.

To round things out, PUBG Mobile has added legendary voice packs featuring characters like Optimus Prime, Megatron, and Starscream, plus Home Decorations that bring Cybertron to your in-game space. This collaboration event will run until September 2nd.
