The iconic Japanese studio behind Bayonetta, Astral Chain and NieR: Automata is working on a new game that should be a far cry from those games.
The company has posted a job advertisement for a game designer for an online action game. The project is probably in the early stages of development.
This is not the first time PlatinumGames has turned to online games. Babylon’s Fall was released in March 2022… before shutting down its servers less than a year later.
