Back in June 2023, a press release by People Can Fly announced that the studio was working on Project Maverick in collaboration with Microsoft. The American manufacturer was financing the project, whose budget was then estimated at between 30 and 50 million dollars.
In a new message published on its investor site, the Polish studio finally revealed the identity of the game behind the code name. It’s simply Gears of War: E-Day, the fruit of a collaboration between The Coalition and People Can Fly.
This new entry in the franchise could appear at the Xbox Games Showcase on June 8.
