Unit102 Games has announced the official launch of Mr Lone Hero, the studio’s new arcade shooter filled with fast-paced frontier fun. Out now on iOS and Android, it tasks you with scouring through the Wild West on a quest to rid the land of bandits, all while rescuing a hapless hostage or two along the way.

In Mr Lone Hero, you’ll not only put your shooting prowess to the test, but you’ll also have to strategise the best loadout whenever you gear up. There are 11 locations that each present their own set of physics-based dangers, as how you shoot will determine the trajectory of your bullets. 

With both a Story Mode and a Bounty Mode to dive into, there’s plenty to keep your hands full and your guns loaded. You can also upgrade your arsenal with weapons you collect along the way, and if you’re feeling a little competitive, you can try your hand at the global leaderboards as well to see if you’ve got what it takes to be the biggest baddie in the West.
