A man has been found with a suspected gunshot wound following a car crash in Melbourne’s north.
Police say a white Toyota coupe crashed through a park fence and into a tree near the corner of Donald Cameron Dr and Bridgewater Rd in Roxburgh Park at about 7pm on Sunday.

The driver was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries including a gunshot wound to his lower body.
“The exact circumstances surrounding the matter are yet to be determined but police believe this is a targeted incident,” Victoria Police said.
Investigations are ongoing.
