Love Island USA Star Chelley’s Team Addresses Rumors She Is Secretly Married & Had A Baby With Ace BEFORE The Show!
We’re finally getting answers about the jaw-dropping rumors regarding Michelle “Chelley” Bissainthe and Ace Greene!
If you kept up with the current season of Love Island USA, you know Chelley and Ace were part of the first batch of islanders to enter the villa. But unlike the rest of the stars, the two needed no introductions. Why? They already knew each other! Chelley and Ace explained to host Ariana Madix that they met outside of a club in Los Angeles earlier this year. Afterward, the pair exchanged DMs, but they swore nothing serious happened between them.

While many fans rooted for Chelley and Ace to couple up (and they currently are), their connection outside of the show also raised some eyebrows and got fans talking… and theorizing. Soon, rumors started that they completely lied and downplayed their bond going into the villa! Social media users called Chelley and Ace “scammers,” claiming they were secretly married and had a baby!
WHAT?!?!?
IF the rumors are true, was the plan to date the other islanders, build up a whole romance for fans to root for, and come back together to win the show? What an insane plot! It is almost too wild to even pull off! Producers would have caught onto this, right? Well, it turns out they had nothing to catch because the rumors are false! That is according to Chelley’s team!
A statement shared on her Instagram profile on Thursday said:
“We want to be transparent and clear the air as some of the rumors have gotten far from the truth. Chelley and Ace briefly crossed paths in New York and later connected on social media. They were never in a relationship, never lived together and there are no children or hidden past. What’s unfolding now is real, unscripted and could change at any moment.”
Especially since two hot new bombshells, Andreina and TJ, entered the villa! Her team continued:
“We’re fully supporting Chelley, wherever her heart leads and with whomever she chooses to couple [up] with.”
Neither Chelley nor Ace has addressed the speculation themselves since they are in isolation in Fiji at the moment, but they’ll likely have a comment or two once they’re out of the villa! For now, we can put the unfounded rumors to bed! Reactions, Perezcious readers? Let us know in the comments!
