So much for that shocking elimination! Love Island USA contestants Nic Vansteenberghe and Olandria Carthen weren’t dumped from the island! After they found themselves single and vulnerable, the Islanders were whisked away on a romantic dinner date during Thursday night’s episode, where they had the choice: leave for good… or couple up! Really!

And you can bet they chose to explore their chemistry! Nic even admitted he’s had a crush on Olandria this whole time — that’s why he was always kissing her in challenges!

Fans have been shipping the pair for weeks online, but due to the tight friendships in the villa and the fact Olandria was paired up with Taylor Williams and Nic with Cierra Ortega, they just weren’t exploring their connection. But now they have the perfect opportunity to!
The new couple snuck back into the villa at night — where the guys are currently getting to know a new group of women. They surprised everyone in the morning, none more so than Taylor and his new girl Clarke Carraway, who he’d kissed the night before! While devastated to learn Taylor has been exploring things with Clarke, Olandria still had hope they could navigate their way through this. But her eyes are starting to wander too!
After a challenge in which the villa and Casa Amor casts competed against each other for the sexiest kisses, it seems Olandria started to see what she had right in front of her. Her and Nic’s chemistry was off the charts in the game — but nothing compared to their chemistry in Soul Ties! They chatted about both wanting to fully explore their connection and then the nurse shot his shot and went in for perhaps the SEXIEST kiss of the season!
