Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have called off their divorce…again.
Just days after Kim accused her husband of violent behavior and requested a mental health evaluation, the couple jointly filed to dismiss their divorce case on February 21, according to The U.S. Sun. The case is now officially closed.
The abrupt reversal comes after the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum claimed in court documents that Kroy displayed “angry and emotional outbursts,” engaged in “bouts of physical violence,” and showed signs of “extreme sexual promiscuity.”
Kim also expressed concern that he may be suffering from Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), a degenerative brain disease linked to repeated head trauma, citing his history in the NFL.
In her February 18 filing, Kim requested an emergency hearing for psychological and medical evaluations, claiming Kroy’s behavior, including disparaging her in front of their children, posed risks to their well-being.
The reason for their sudden reconciliation remains unclear as neither has issued a public statement on the matter.
