In the premiere season of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, newbie Kelli Ferrell shocked the Housewives by accusing Porsha Williams, behind her back and to her face, of stealing her estranged husband, Simon Guobadia, from his then-wife, Falynn Pina.
Speaking to Andy Cohen, Porsha seemed dismissive of Kelli’s remarks.
“She was having a moment. She definitely was reaching for it,” said on Andy Cohen’s WWHL. “I have been away [for] three years. It was very shocking to step right in. I’m like, ‘Damn, the deep end is here.’”
Kelli is a friend of Porsha’s childhood friend, Shamea Morton, who defended her behind Porsha’s back.
“Yes. Of course,” she told Cohen who asked her whether Shamea held her down well. “Here’s the thing: Shamea was a friend of the show. She’s a new Housewife. Kelli’s a new Housewife, and she’s also kind of a friend to Shamea. I didn’t give a damn. I had just filed. I did not give a damn.”
