Keanu Reeves Explores Human Creativity and Innovation in ‘Visionaries’ Docuseries | Video

*Keanu Reeves is stepping into a new role as co-host of “Visionaries,” a docuseries exploring human creativity. Teaming up with Gard Hollinger, his business partner at ARCH Motorcycle, the actor aims to showcase innovation beyond just custom bikes.
“Visionaries” highlight individuals who are pushing the boundaries of innovation. Featured in the series are Reeves, Hollinger, and artists like James Turrell and Paige Bradley. Speaking at IGN Fan Fest 2025, the duo shared insights into the upcoming Roku series.
“We’re two people that are curious, that are interested in storytelling and creating and so this is not a motorcycle show,” said Reeves.
“If you see a cooking show and you have someone who loves food and they go to meet great chefs of the world, we love creativity and people who are creating and innovating. And so we’re your hosts to this meal of innovation and creativity.”
The “Matrix” star described visiting the Roden Crater, an extinct volcano, as one of his most memorable experiences, while Hollinger highlighted meeting Mattie Rodrigue, a leading scientist at OceanX, as a standout moment.
“This realization that there’s this whole huge world that we take for granted and don’t know about when we’re so focused on what’s up there,” Hollinger said of OceanX’s deep-sea missions.
“I think the show really takes us on this hopefully inspiring journey of the intimate and the grand, the way it kind of grows out,” Reeves stated.
In one episode, Gard crashes the only prototype ARCH motorcycle, prompting Keanu to reflect on the crash “forensics.”
“I would say doing the forensics on the crash helped evaluate the limits of the motorcycle,” the “John Wick” star said in an interview with Moviefone.
“Also, through the storytelling, you wouldn’t have been in that position to crash if there wasn’t something about the potential of the motorcycle. You were testing the limit. It was a true test ride,” Reeves continued. “I think through that crash, we saw the limits of the motorcycle, knew what perhaps suspension, ergonomically, obviously, the context of the crash, weather, temperature, track temperature, speeds that you’re going, and personal limits. But all of that, I think, worked toward a better motorcycle,” he explained.
“Visionaries” will premiere on March 7th on the Roku Channel. Watch the trailer below.
