Katy Perry, fresh from her Australian tour, made her first public appearance after confirming her split from long-time love Orlando Bloom.
The singer was dressed in a black mini dress that just skimmed her derrière for the Balenciaga haute couture show in Paris on Wednesday.
Perry wore her hair slicked back to show the structured off-the-shoulder-style blazer dress, adding black heels to further elongate her legs.

She added glasses and minimal make-up to round out her look.
At one point the newly single singer looked downcast as she left the event surrounded by photographers.
The 40-year-old arrived in Paris after being spotted with her ex and their daughter Daisy enjoying a family holiday on Jeff Bezos’ superyacht.
The friendly exes also spent some time together in South Australia while Perry was touring.

Bloom then made a solo appearance at Jeff’s wedding to Lauren Sanchez Bezos, one of Perry’s friends – with the pair having made a trip into space together in April this year on Blue Origin.
Sanchez Bezos was by her friend’s side on Wednesday as she attended the fashion show among a star-studded front row, which also included Kim Kardashian and Nicole Kidman.
Last week Perry and Bloom confirmed the end of their nine-year relationship following weeks of growing speculation the engaged couple had called it quits.
A joint statement was issued through their reps to US publication PageSix.
“Due to the abundance of recent interest and conversation surrounding Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry’s relationship, representatives have confirmed that Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on coparenting,” the statement said.
“They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is — and always will be — raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect.”

Bloom and Perry first met after the Golden Globes in 2016 and reportedly started dating soon after before a brief split in 2017.
In August 2020 they welcomed their daughter and got engaged on Valentine’s Day 2019 but never wed.
