Konami has finally shown the next entry in its survival-horror franchise. We just got to see some new elements about Silent Hill f.
In particular, we learned that the game will take place in Japan in the 1960s, which is a major first for the franchise. We’ll be exploring the town of Ebisugaoka, which finds itself immersed in a thick fog. Young Hinako Shimizu is thrust into a nightmare, with plenty of puzzles and monsters to defeat.
The script is by Ryukishi07 and some of the soundtrack is composed by the famous Akira Yamaoka. The series’ formula will be the same despite it being located in Japan.
Silent Hill f will be released on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC at a currently unknown date.
