The BAFTA Games will be held on April 8, 2025 at 7 p.m. London time. Please, do note that only titles released between November 25, 2023 and November 15, 2024 are eligible.
We know now the nominees for this 21 edition, and it’s Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II that occupies the top spot with 11 nominations. Hardly surprising, really, given that the British ceremony tends to highlight games developed on English grounds.
Astro Bot and Still Wakes the Deep have eight nominations each, Thank Goodness You’re Here seven, Black Myth: Wukong six and Helldivers 2 five. A total of 41 different games are spread across the 17 categories.
