Here's a comparison of Donkey Kong Bananza's graphics on Switch and Switch 2

After being originally developed for Switch, Donkey Kong Bananza got transferred to Switch 2 in 2021. This was revealed this week by Kenta Motokura and Kazuya Takahashi.
During the Ask the Developer interview by Nintendo, the two people in charge of the game talked about what motivated the teams to move to Switch 2. In short, the new console makes it possible to manage more objects in the environment, and to make destroying scenery more fun.
There’s even a comparative image, showing clear improvements in vegetation, lighting and texture detail.
