”The Childcare Cartel’ Reveals the Power, Hustle, and Sisterhood Behind Atlanta’s Elite Daycare Moguls | Watch

*A fresh wave of reality TV is coming to your TV screens, and it’s rewriting the narrative of Black women in business.

“The Childcare Cartel” is a bold new series executive-produced by powerhouse entrepreneur Sherri J. White. The docuseries pulls back the curtain on Atlanta’s elite daycare industry, spotlighting four headstrong, charismatic women: Janaya Burke, Keisha “Starr” Archer, Sydney Jordan, and White.

These women are more than caregivers, they’re empire builders. Set in a high-stakes world where babies meet business, the series captures their hustle to build generational wealth while navigating fierce competition, loyal sisterhood, and the personal sacrifices behind big success.

“The Childcare Cartel is more than a show, it’s a cultural shift,” says White.

“I created it to spotlight the raw, unfiltered stories of powerhouse women who are breaking barriers and rewriting the narrative of success in childcare and beyond. This isn’t just about raising children, it’s about raising the bar, elevating women’s voices, and creating a ripple effect of change,” she added.

“We’re not waiting for permission. We’re taking our seat at the table, leading unapologetically, and building a legacy that will disrupt the status quo and inspire generations to come,” White said.

Known as the matriarch of the series, Sherri J. is already the owner of three successful daycare centers in Atlanta. With “The Childcare Cartel,” she’s assembled a crew of ambitious women with a shared vision: to dominate the childcare industry. But as these moguls push for the top, viewers can expect more than just boardrooms and business plans, the series dives deep into personal dynamics, dramatic power plays, and the trials of staying true to one’s values under pressure.

With elements of ambition, entertainment, and unshakable sisterhood, “The Childcare Cartel” is here to change how viewers see women—especially Black women—in business. These ladies aren’t just fighting for a seat at the table; as the show boldly declares, they own the building.

The cast will host a private watch party on Wednesday, July 23rd, at a private location in Atlanta, Georgia, to give select industry tastemakers a sneak peek at what’s to come for the new reality show that’s sparking major network interest.

Meet the cast in the clip below. The series premiere date has not been announced.
