The launch of Final Fantasy XVI on Xbox Series is clearly far from being a success. With significantly downgraded graphics compared to that of the PS5 version, the game seems to be selling quite poorly on Microsoft’s consoles.
According to Alinea Analytics, Final Fantasy XVI has sold just 22,000 since its shadowdrop on Xbox this June 8. This is "approximately", though it remains quite alarming.
Square Enix’s RPG is not even among the best-selling games on the Xbox Store at present.
