This Friday, Capcom announced that the remake of Resident Evil 4 has surpassed the 10 million sales mark. To accompany this excellent figure, the publisher shared a funny video taking place in the game’s village.
However, fans have noticed a detail that could be a nod to Resident Evil 9. At the end of the clip, a sign with thank-you notes features an “IX” shape, which is the Roman numeral for “9”.
Some players see this as an obvious reference to the next episode in the main saga, which could be made official soon. Or it could simply be a coincidence.
