‘Countdown’ stars Jensen Ackles, Jessica Camacho in exclusive photos

In Countdown, Amber Oliveras (Jessica Camacho) and Mark Meachum (Jensen Ackles) have the weight of the world on their shoulders — or at least the weight of Los Angeles — as they race to save the city from a nuclear event.

In real life, Camacho and Ackles’ biggest problem is that their photo shoot car just broke down. Standing in the L.A. river, the costars don’t miss a beat, posing for photo after photo for Entertainment Weekly‘s latest cover, pretending as if nothing’s wrong while nearby crew tries to fix the car.

Spoiler: The car is never fixed, and it ends the day getting towed out of the river. Ackles and Camacho, however, walk out after a successful shoot to prepare for the premiere of their series, which has now aired five episodes on Prime Video.
