System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster has been delayed in the last minute on consoles

While it was scheduled for release on all platforms this Thursday, June 26, 2025, System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster has suffered a last-minute delay. Though the PC version will be released on time, this will not be the case for consoles.

Nightdive Studios has announced that the team has "encountered issues" preventing the title from launching this week on PlayStation, Xbox and Switch. The studio hopes to launch these versions in the first two weeks of July.
