Here are the first performance results for the 20-core NVIDIA N1X processors

The NVIDIA N1X processor has been spotted in a Geekbench 6 test, and it shows great promise. On an unmarketed HP 8EA3 system running Ubuntu 24, the N1X scores 3096 points in single-core and 18837 points in multi-core.
This CPU displays 20 threads, corresponding to a configuration with 10 Cortex-X925 cores and 10 Cortex-A725 cores, similar to that of the GB10 Superchip used in NVIDIA Spark systems.
Maximum frequency reached 4.051 GHz. The system tested comes with 119 GB of memory, possibly a 128 GB configuration with 8 GB reserved for the GPU. The N1X surpasses the scores recorded for the Ryzen AI HX 370 and AI MAX+ 395.
NVIDIA is said to be developing two variants: the N1 for laptops and the N1X for desktops. We have no information on the iGPU, but one hypothesis evokes a common die with 6144 CUDA cores, just like the RTX 5070.
